A graduate from the University of Southern California, Stuart Rubin, now leads the real estate industry. The company has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions since its inception under Mr. Rubin’s leadership and guidance.

The company had primarily specialized in added value acquisitions and had created a vertically integrated platform with both management, development, and disposition.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Stuart Rubin has an in-depth understanding of the trade’s tools and his colleagues attest to his skill.
